Many families trying to help someone they love are frustrated by their loved one's refusal to seek help or outright denial that they even have a problem. Despite every attempt by the family to convince the addict or alcoholic that they need help,the addict just won't agree to go or uses a thousand different excuses for why it is not the right time.
